In the week running from Monday 10th to Sunday 16th June 2024, we observe Men’s Mental Health Awareness Week—a time dedicated to shining a light on the unique mental health challenges men face and the importance of addressing these issues openly and compassionately. At the Positive Mind Care and Research Centre, we are committed to promoting mental wellness and providing the necessary support to men who are struggling with mental health issues.
